I would say that this is definitely true.

Sorry, I just wanna add that this is gonna be really amazing. This has to be one of the best things Michael has done recently. Things are gonna go off with a bang, when we least expect it. I really can feel it.

interms of their closeness then yes. of course things may change re him becoming his manager but tmk things have not got that far and whether they will time will only tell. of course if theres an anouncenet tomorrow then dont go shooting me

Not too sure about this. I mean it depends on how you see what he did for MJ; was it good or bad? Yes MJ became bigger then ever before but at what price? Also we don't know if it is true and whatnot...we seem to have confusion about it being past tense or not.
