I just played over half an hour the Amazon Quest-game (the music is quite hypnotic btw) and when the game was over, there was this note that my score wasn't submitted and I noticed that I was logged out although I never logged out. This has happened before (when I wasn't playing).
Can you tell me why this happened and can I change it somehow?

Oh that is so annoying! :(

It's probably best to tick "remember me" every time you log in- that way you won't get logged off after a certain amount of time. This should rectify the problem.

It seems as though even if you are "logged in" and active in the arcade, the board may recognize you as inactive and log you out automatically. Ticking the "remember me" box should keep you logged in forever until you physically log out.

I hope that works. :)

And I was even almost going to beat your score

Thanks, I'll try it :)

Um... lately, this hasn`t helped me. Is there even a way to stay logged on everytime, so I don`t have to log on each time... like it automatically logs me in when I come to the forum? I have seen a few forums that do that.

Hmm.

Maybe this has something to do with your cookies.

Are you making sure you click 'Remember Me' everytime, don't lie? ;)

If so do you frequently (Or have you) deleted your cookies, or 'Temp Internet Files' under Tools > Internet Options?

Sometimes deleting these cookies, can stop the board remembering you. Usually works for me

This happens to me also but the 'remember me' button doesnt keep you logged in all the time!

Thanks Matt!

I choose to log in and out, but if you wish to stay logged in, you must click the "remember me" box next to your name and password when you are logging in. It should keep you logged in forever unless you are away for a long time or you log yourself out or you clear your cache and cookies. ;)

Hi Scotty!

Please ensure you are doing this first. Enter your username and password and tick the remember me box (NOT the option that comes up on your browser)

If you are, please tell me what is happening- are you getting logged out automatically after a certain period of time? Thanks :)

I may have fixed it for you guys, i've changed the inactivity time to an hour opposed to "30" minutes as vBulltin cannot pick up activity within flash based games.

If any of you are still getting it even now, could you follow these simple instructions and then report back with the results;

If you are using Internet Explorer (the one that comes with windows)

Click Tools > Delete Browsing History - make sure you tick "cookies" and click delete all!

If you are using Firefox

Click Tools > Clear Private Data - make sure you tick "cookies" and click "clear private data now"

Let me know if this fixes your problem.

Thanks! (I hate it how you have to have at least 10 characters or whatever - so I am filling up this space with random stuff.)
