View Full Version : Idiocy on Reality TV Show "The Two Coreys" (or something along that line)
Starchild 29th June 2008, 04:01 AM this is by far the stupidest thing ever. Appearantly two ex-child stars, now broke and looking for cash had a battle on who was molested worse, and guess who one of them named as their molester???

Here's the lovely commentary by the poster of the vid:
I don't watch "The Two Coreys" because my weekly douche intake is already at its maximum level, but several of you *****s wrote me on what went down on last night's season premiere. Well, during last night's episode, Corey Haim admitted to being raped at the age of 14. Corey Feldman also confessed he was child touched around that age. They didn't say by whom, but it was one of Corey Feldman's close friends. Escandalo!
I'm guessing the accused child toucher's name rhymes with HACKO?
and yes, after researching this stupidity, I found he did mention MJ.....WTF? Now a battle on who was molested? What's next???
madamgeneva 29th June 2008, 03:48 PM they're both sad attention seeking wasters
Marni 29th June 2008, 04:02 PM This rumour was started by a blogger whose name we shall not mention here because he is not allowed to be posted and it seems quite a few other bloggers picked it up. It's a load of crap and this is what the Corey's have said about being abused. (July issue of GQ):
FELDMAN: People can say whatever they want, but it wasn't Michael. He and I have our own issues, but that wasn't one of them. The bottom line is, I know who it was. I didn't know how to cut him off. Not only did I continue being friends with the guy, but he was working for me. The guy that did this to me was my assistant. He would come in when I was sleeping. I would wake up and I would know what was going on, but I would just try to ignore it and hope that he would go away, which is how kids who aren't ready to deal with something deal with it. I was still a virgin at the time. I hadn't even had sex with a girl. So for me it was just kind of bewildering. Despite what people think, I was actually very innocent and very naïve at the time. I was your typical American kid.
Haim revealed to GQ how he's been dealing with the molestation revelations:
HAIM: It's something that will be addressed in my inner soul for the rest of my life, and it's something that truly affects me, and I opened up a can of worms, so to speak. Every day I opened up, like, a can of sardines. It's something I've addressed. Psychiatrists can be helpful. They have the medications and blah-blah-blah. But I don't want any of that, man. I've dealt with this, and I'm dealing with this—second by second, minute by minute, day by day. Everything's cool. It's just like, It happened, it's over, and move on. Let's move on to the next subject." Btw, I want to remind members to tread carefully in this thread. I would prefer if there was no bashing of the Coreys- no matter what you think of them. They were abused, and I ask you to post with sensitivity. Thanks ;)
smooth-c 29th June 2008, 04:06 PM Exactly Marni, nobody deserves to be abused - no exceptions.
Killer Queen 29th June 2008, 10:26 PM Thankfully Corey Feldman put everyone straight on THAT one.
How dare people just immediately assume he and the other Corey were talking about Michael Jackson???

don't you know that in media anything cruel or disturbing is automatically assosiated with MJ? They can't leave him alone, that would be NICE!
Killer Queen 30th June 2008, 12:44 AM Yeah, of course I know that. That's why it ticks me off so much.
Moonwalker5889 30th June 2008, 01:29 AM They can't leave him alone, that would be NICE!
that WOULD be nice...
ChrissyLuvsMJ 30th June 2008, 02:13 AM OMG, here we go about that child molester bull. That rumour is getting old. We all know that Michael is not a freakin' child molester.

tell me about it. We know, they just won't admit it, after all that wouldn't be such a nice news cast or article would it "Sry folks after all our bull for nearly 25 years, we were wrong. Nothing we said about Michael is true. And as for the child molester bull, we made that up with the welfare fraudulent psociopathic parents....."
ChrissyLuvsMJ 30th June 2008, 02:44 AM ^ Well said. There will be nothing like that, but it will be very nice!
Starchild 30th June 2008, 02:53 AM ^ Well said. There will be nothing like that, but it will be very nice!
would be nice but only a dreamers dream.....they'd never admit it, mankind usually hates to admit their wrong....
ChrissyLuvsMJ 30th June 2008, 02:54 AM ^ That's true.

exactly! Totally agree, they should all just go fly a kite.....vamoose....
3L3ctricMistr3ss 30th June 2008, 04:37 AM I don't know what it is, but it seems like the American press (and general public) has been out to soil his reputation for quite some time now. I'm American, and it seems like our media does this to most of their well-loved celebs. They are very fair weather; they love you one minute and turn on you in a heart beat when you are down in out. (Did the same thing with Britney Spears). The scrutiny is ridiculous.
Can someone shed any light on what the media is like in other countries?
It's just weird to me, that for someone to have given themselves so completely to helping others out, as well as someone who is an icon such as MJ, who has completely revolutionized what it means to be a performer/artist/entertainer, that he would be turned into a villain almost overnight. I mean damn, give the man some respect and some credit. Why always jump to negative conclusions?
Live and let live folks. That's all I'm saying.
The other thing, I have complete sympathy for those who have been abused in the past...but why air your dirty laundry out on tv? What the hell is that about?
*Butterfly* 30th June 2008, 05:04 AM I officially don't like those guys. Stupid crap!!
They really should stop bringing that topic up. It's totally a lie!
I hate the dumb haters!!!
Marni 30th June 2008, 06:39 AM Again, please practice some sensitivity.
Plenty of celebrities speak about being abused on TV- as Michael himself has done. I don't believe any person would lie about it.

some do for publicity, they'll do whatever they can for it.....to stay popular
Marni 1st July 2008, 04:12 AM Even say they were abused? I highly doubt it. (well, i'd really hope not, because that's horrible) This certainly hasn't gained them any fans at all- the exact opposite actually.

it is horrible, but people do it all the time, there are young women who say they've been rapped just to get attention. It's sick, but they do it, so long as people are saying their name, they don't care.
Moonwalker5889 1st July 2008, 07:45 PM tell me about it.
